Aircraft NDT Services — D1 Approved PT, MT, ET & UT
Total Technic provides aircraft Non-Destructive Testing under an EASA and SHGM Part-145 D1 rating, covering Dye Penetrant (PT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Eddy Current (ET) and Ultrasonic (UT) inspection. NDT is performed both on-aircraft and on components by qualified Level II and Level III personnel, to the applicable manufacturer maintenance data, with 24/7 AOG support for operators and MROs.

All NDT activity is carried out within our approved Part-145 scope and to the standards set by the type certificate holder and by the national and international civil aviation authorities, including the Turkish DGCA (SHGM) and EASA. Personnel are qualified and certified to Level II and Level III for the methods they perform, and inspection results are recorded and released under our Part-145 approval.
Our D1 rating covers NDT inspection on complete aircraft and on a wide range of aircraft components, so a finding raised during line maintenance can be inspected and dispositioned without moving the item to a third-party provider.
