Headquarters & Main Component Base
Total Technic’s headquarters and primary component maintenance facility is located at Istanbul Atatürk Airport (ISL). Operational since the company’s founding in 2003, this facility serves as the central hub for certified component maintenance services, housing multiple specialized shops and technical support departments.
Equipped with advanced infrastructure and calibrated tooling, the ISL base ensures precise, safe, and compliant maintenance services in line with EASA, FAA, and SHGM requirements. The facility also accommodates engineering, planning, calibration, document control, and quality management offices under one roof—enabling seamless coordination across all operations.

Services: Component repair, test, overhaul, and modification
Shops & Capabilities:
Avionics Shop: VOR/ILS receivers, HF transmitters, control panels, ELTs
Battery Shop: Test and certification of main and emergency Ni-Cd batteries,
Compressed Gas Cylinders & Regulator Shop: DOT cylinders, fire bottles, regulators, and masks
Slide Shop: Emergency evacuation slides, life vests, and life rafts
Galley Equipment Shop: Coffee makers, ovens, boilers, and water heater,
CSD & IDG: Generator drive units nearly all Airbus and Boeing (except A380/B787 series)
Heat Exchanger Shop: Inspection, repair, testing, and overhaul of aircraft heat exchangers and related components
Wheel & Brake Shop: Inspection, repair, testing, and overhaul of aircraft wheel assemblies, brake units, and related components
