Our line maintenance capabilities are currently exercised at our principal place of business at Istanbul Atatürk Airport (ISL), as well as at our approved line maintenance stations in Istanbul Airport (IST), Antalya Airport (AYT), and Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport (GZP). In line with customer demand and operational needs, we also provide occasional line maintenance support at non-approved locations in accordance with MOE Part 1.9.6.2 and SHGM regulations, strictly under defined limitations.

Total Technic’s line maintenance scope includes:

• Scheduled tasks (e.g. transit, daily, weekly checks) not exceeding our approved intervals),

• Defect rectification and troubleshooting,

• Component replacement including engines and APUs when permitted by the MOE,

• Servicing tasks such as replenishment, pre-flight checks, and light structural tasks that do not require hangar use or extensive disassembly.

All line maintenance tools and equipment are managed in compliance with regulatory requirements, including calibration, servicing and traceability protocols. Tools required at each station are stored under controlled conditions, and their maintenance is monitored through defined internal procedures.

Additionally, Total Technic is capable of providing limited support services (AOG recovery) and has established procedures to support remote or emergency maintenance cases while maintaining airworthiness and documentation standards.

As a growing line maintenance organization, we are committed to extending our capabilities by applying for additional civil aviation authority approvals when required to meet operator demands.
