Component Maintenance Station

Total Technic operates from three strategically located airports in Türkiye, providing both Line and Component Maintenance Services with modern infrastructure and international certifications. In addition to our airport-based maintenance locations, Total Technic operates a dedicated component maintenance facility in Aksu, strategically located near Antalya Airport.  Facilities are approved by EASA, SHGM and other civil aviation authorities, and are designed to meet the highest standards of airworthiness, safety, and efficiency.

Facility Capabilities

  • Total Area: Approximately 2,000 m² (covered workshops and storage areas)

  • Services: Component Maintenance, NDT

    • Wheel & Brake Workshop: Inspection, repair, and overhaul of main and nose wheel assemblies, brake units, and related components.
    • Battery Shop: Inspection, testing, servicing, repair, and capacity restoration of aircraft batteries and related electrical components.

    • Galley Shop: Inspection, repair, testing, and overhaul of aircraft galley equipment, inserts, and related components.

    • Slide Shop: Inspection, testing, repair, and overhaul of aircraft evacuation slides and associated safety equipment.

    • Compressed Gas Cylinders and Regulators Shop: Inspection, testing, repair, overhaul, and servicing of aircraft compressed gas cylinders, oxygen bottles, and pressure regulators.

    • Fully operational NDT facility: MPI, FPI, UT, and Eddy Current testing,
